Lauren enjoys working clients navigating anger, religious trauma, non traditional relationship structures and those wanting to explore fat liberation. She is sex positive and particularly welcomes 2SLGBTQIA+ clients, creatives and people exploring gender, sexuality and identity.

Nicole supports clients with anxiety, depression, emotional overwhelm, family-of-origin experiences, grief, childhood abuse and neglect, trauma, self-worth, burnout, life transitions and relationship challenges, including experiences involving abuse, infidelity and codependency. Nicole is a sex positive therapist and enjoys working with clients kink relationships as well as those with complex PTSD and miscarriage and/or traumatic birth experiences.

Hannah specializes in art therapy and offers online counselling across BC and Ontario. She works with grief and loss, trauma recovery, religious trauma, childhood sexual abuse and trauma, substance use and addiction, relationships, anxiety and depression; she identifies as queer and neurodivergent herself, with particular interest in supporting people navigating addiction, seniors and major life-stage transitions.

Natasha works with individuals, siblings, caregivers, families, and groups, drawing on creative and body-based techniques to help people connect with what's underneath the surface.
Natasha runs our monthly Expressive Arts Therapy drop-ins, a themed evening of creative exploration using movement, sound, visual art, photography, and writing. Materials are provided and no art experience or creative background is needed.
