We all want and deserve to be seen, heard and accepted for all of who we are.

For many of us, barriers such as the fear of judgement, comparison to others or feelings of shame get in the way of feeling like our full selves.

Whatever is blocking you, please know that you are not alone.

Please note that Tori currently has a waitlist for new counselling clients

If you’re here, you may be feeling like something is missing or like something should be different.

Perhaps a transition has left you feeling lost about how to make sense of yourself in the world.

It could be that your relationships feel disconnected or simply ‘different’ from what you long for.

Overwhelming emotions, thoughts or feelings in your body may feel exhausting.

Perhaps you feel uncomfortable in your own skin or unworthy of love. Maybe you don’t know why you’re here but are simply seeking the support to find out.

Whatever brings you, I honour your courage as you consider counselling as an opportunity to explore, grow, change or heal in a way that is meaningful for you.

How I Can Help

I know and respect how challenging it can be to share experiences or parts of yourself that you feel most afraid, ashamed or frustrated by. It is my first priority to approach our sessions from a place of care and openness.

It is my hope that together, we can create a space that feels safe for you to be as you are, even in the moments where you feel the most stuck, hopeless or alone. By bringing humour and my full self with all my imperfections to our interactions, I will support you in learning to move through moments of discomfort or pain. I will also assist you in expanding and celebrating the joy and beauty of your life, which can so often be minimized. My belief is that we are all doing the best we can with the strategies and knowledge that we have. Together, with compassion and patience, we will develop ways of coping that better serve you and allow you to move more freely in the world.

As we explore your unique story, my goal is to help you approach life in a way that feels more aligned with your needs and values so that you can re-focus on enjoying the parts of your life that you love the most and learn to trust that you truly do make sense.

I aim to empower you to embrace your inner wisdom and capacity for growth and will walk alongside you wherever you are in your journey.
