Mindfulness and Grounding Audio files
We always have 3 tools at our disposal: the ground holding us up, our breath, and ability to shift our posture and position (to some degree!). Explore using these 3 elements for a few breaths each to shift your attention into your body and away from anxiety, thoughts or trauma responses.
