Know you want support but not sure where to start?
Our counsellors are people first. We truly believe that no one is broken, even when we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or like something is wrong with us. You’re just human, and being human can be complicated (and sometimes frustrating) to navigate.
Come take your shoes off, curl up with some tea, and let’s make a plan.
Our Find a Counsellor form can connect you with a counsellor who feels like the right fit for you:

You Deserve to be Supported Too
As you know, your job holds an immense amount of pressure, and often puts your nervous system in places where the body is actually supposed to create adrenaline, panic, run or go into survival responses. For those who do what you do, support often isn’t a luxury, but a necessity.
Our counsellors are here to support you combat burnout, build resilience, debrief critical moments and create a balance of taking care of yourself while also being able to show up for the work you value.

TORI’S BIO & BOOKING →
Tori brings a warm, curious and steady presence to counselling. With a background in teaching and experience with many career and life transitions, she understands how disorienting it can be when the life you're living no longer quite fits. Tori draws on attachment, parts work, and the brain-body connection to help clients understand why they think, feel and respond the way they do. She brings practical tools into the room and works collaboratively, but can be directive when helpful, supporting clients to try new ways of being and move toward what matters to them.
