The Embodied Way Through Anxiety is a 12-week program designed by a registered counsellor and yoga teacher, and includes education, journalling, mindfulness, yoga and and an online community group for support as well as bi-weekly Q&A sessions.

The Embodied Way Through Anxiety can be an excellent way to jump start therapy, or to have structured learning and work to help support counselling, however, anyone taking this course who has more challenging experiences of mental health must consult with a physician or mental health professional prior to signing up, and recommend that clients have a counsellor available to them during this course to process and unpack anything that arises during the process.
