Calm Place Exercise


Our imagination is such a phenomenal tool! Create a place within yourself where you can start to challenge the experience of feeling anxious, tense, etc. and shift towards feeling more calm, relaxed or at ease - a place where you can feel more connected to yourself and your body, and hopefully less in your head, or less trapped by your nervous system responding to the world around you.
