She also enjoys working with clients who are new to counselling, and men who are excited about exploring their own personal growth

Morgan is Founder and Clinical Director of New Tides. Her practice focuses on trauma and attachment, anxiety, self-worth, emotion regulation, identity, emotional awareness, and relational challenges, with particular interest in supporting those who want to develop a sense of embodiment and awareness, other counsellors, counsellors-in-training and highly self-sufficient people. Morgan also offers bi-weekly candlelight yin yoga at New Tides.

Helpers and caregivers experiencing burnout and adults who appear high-functioning but feel overwhelmed make up much of Sophie's practice, with particular attention to women and gender-expansive clients exploring agency, voice and how they want to show up in the world. Sophie also enjoys supporting clients who are new to therapy and seeking a gentle start, and those who are looking to grow in areas of boundary setting & relational healing.
