Barchi is a student completing her counselling degree at Yorkville University and offers low cost counselling. Barchi is supervised by Rachel Friederichsen, Registered Clinical Counsellor, and Approved Clinical Supervisor with the BCACC.

Barchi’s Personal Approach to Counselling

Barchi believes that people do not need fixing; they need to remember the wise parts of themselves that are already whole and already healing.

As an immigrant to Canada, and a mindfulness practitioner of over 20 years, she has experienced cultural transitions, grief, burnout, and the slow work of rebuilding a sense of self.

These lived experiences shape the compassion and insight she brings into the healing process.

Each person carries an inner wisdom, a part that already knows the way forward and is simply waiting to be acknowledged beneath the noise of everyday life. Barchi’s role is not to impose solutions but to create a warm, supportive space where your truth can rise. She believes in a therapeutic environment where reason and intuition, psychology and soul, can sit together in conversation.

Her intention is to offer a space where you can breathe, to be seen without performance, to speak without interruption, and to be supported without judgment.

Barchi welcomes individuals, couples, and people in diverse relationship forms, grounded in the belief that healing is not about becoming someone else, but about reconnecting with who you were before the world told you otherwise.

COUNSELLING FEES

50 min session: $55+ GST
65 min relationship/couples session: $65+ GST

We accept e-transfer as our primary method of payment.

In efforts to keep our overall rates lower, we also offer the option to pay by credit card with a 2.4% processing fee
